A native of St. John's in Newfoundland, Canada, Tom lends a global perspective to this otherwise American organization. He moved to Memphis, TN in 2000 to unite with his American wife, whom he met while studying International Finance at the University of Wales, Swansea, UK. Since moving to Memphis, Tom has worked in both the investment and banking industries with two Fortune 500 companies. With a background in both investments and banking, he currently manages the sales and incentive systems of a Fortune 500 bank.

Tom has been dubbed ‘The Enforcer’ for his characteristically no-nonsense approach to moderating forum interactions among the ‘Tied the Leader’ rank and file. Since the inception of tiedtheleader.com, he has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to drive the growth of the community and its corresponding business enterprises.
